(1) Vendor needs to provide slate captain services to the government authority located in Columbus, MS.– Provide part– time Slate Captain services to support and optimize agency Slate CRM environment.– Engagement is intended to function as staff augmentation and an embedded operational role, not a traditional consulting engagement– Provide a dedicated Slate Captain for a standard service level of 20 hours per week – Day–to–day Slate configuration and administration– Development and maintenance of workflows, forms, queries, and automation  – Support for admissions and recruitment processes, including undergraduate, graduate, and dual enrollment applications  – Troubleshooting and issue resolution  – Data integrity and best–practice enforcement  – Reporting and dashboards to support enrollment management  – Development, maintenance, and execution support for Slate communication plans, including messaging workflows, populations, and delivery schedules  (2) The contract period will be for one year.
