(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide support service and co navigator program services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.– Design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Statewide Support Service and Co Navigator (SSP/CN) program. – Provide a staffing plan that identifies all key personnel required.– Implement and execute programmatic services while ensuring sound fiscal management practices; – Coordinate SSPs/CNs and other staff and/or volunteers; – Manage program administration and logistics activities; – Develop and conduct outreach activities; – Maintain confidential case management documentation that tracks both quality and compliance indicators; and – Ensure fiscal compliance and transparency. – Outreach plan for potentially–eligible individuals, – Recruitment plan for potential SSPs/CNs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
