OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES CYBERSECURITY TABLETOP EXERCISE

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to define the County’s minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services offered by Proposers that fall within the scope of services as further described within this RFP. The Solano County Office of Emergency Services (OES), hereinafter referred to as the “County,” intends to secure a contract with a qualified proposer to create and facilitate a Cybersecurity Tabletop (TTX) Exercise , including, an After-Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) . The exercise must include all elements required by the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) . Completion of the exercise and AAR/IP will be submitted to the County for the County to submit to the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for review and approval.
