Office of Emergency Services, Delta 2 Request for Proposals

The County of Sacramento Office of Emergency Services (SacOES) invites you to submit your firm’s qualification and proposal for the Delta Response & Recovery Planning Project. Firms must have specific knowledge and experience in the following areas: emergency management planning, response and recovery operations; California emergency plans, policies and procedures; state, regional and local flood emergency response operations in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta; knowledge of best practices in flood management and the utilization of available flood fight resources; as well as the Incident Command Structure, Unified Command concepts, the California Standardized Emergency Management System and the National Incident Management System.
