Gas-Fired Heating Plant Installation & Repair - Manhattan & The Bronx

NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development ('HPD') is responsible to install and repair Gas-Fired Heating Plant to ensure essential heat and hot water services. HPD has neither sufficient staff with the requisite expertise, nor the equipment necessary to perform this type of work. Qualified bidders must have three years' experience performing this type of work.
