The generators will be installed with an automatic transfer switch (as specified herein) on concrete pads as specified herein. The project will be in compliance with latest edition of codes and standards required by Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. Contractor shall be responsible for final connection to the gas meters.</p><p>This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract. The selected contractor will comply with all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, wage documentation and directives.</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Notice to All Vendors</strong></span></p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The City of Rosenberg utilizes OpenGov Procurement as its eProcurement platform.
