CONS-21906 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Architecture and Engineering Service - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• The project consists of cleaning up, removing hazards, and demolishing Building 10 and its parking area. It also includes building a new three–story structure covering 65,000 square feet, along with surface parking• Provide professional architectural and engineering services for the Project.  Services shall include but not be limited to Pre–Design, Design (Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents), Bidding, Construction Administration• Preliminary budgeting and scheduling• Full participation with contracted Construction Manager–at–Risk for all phases of the project including design and constructability reviews, preparing order–of–magnitude cost estimates, and construction phase participation at milestones to be determined at the start of the project.• Presentation of findings to Owner for review and approval• Review and utilize third party geotechnical reports and soil investigations for incorporation into the design of foundation and structural systems• Coordinate with third party commissioning agent throughout design and construction administration• Assistance to Project Management Firm and Construction Manager–at–Risk to prepare order–of–magnitude cost estimates for correction of deficiencies by repair• Construction Administration.– Warranty management.– Project closeout.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026
