(1) Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity tabletop exercises services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.– Contractor shall design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate regional cyber exercise(s) focused on critical infrastructure, operational technology, and multi‑agency cyber incident response.– Each exercise must align with homeland security exercise and evaluation program standards and incorporate realistic, scenario‑driven injects tailored to the region’s operational environment.– Below are three core exercise ideas designed to support regional preparedness across critical infrastructure, operational technology, and multi‑agency cyber incident response.– Cyber transportation exercise (operational technology, traffic lights, airport, octa etc.).– Cyber water exercise (operational technology, water control, cyber incident response).– Public safety cyber incident response (all law and fire and health agencies responding to a large–scale cyber incident).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
