Description
Hernando County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional residential and commercial building plan review and inspection services to supplement Hernando County's Building Division staff. Reviews and inspections shall be in accordance with Florida Building Codes and all applicable laws and ordinances. The County intends to award to one (1) single award and/or make multiple awards to the lowest, responsive and responsible Bidders based on group or the unit item price that is the most advantageous to the County and may choose the same Vendor/Contractor for more than one (1) service. Vendors may elect to bid on ALL or SELECT group only .
