Senior Center Facility Improvements Project

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Vista for execution of the Senior Center Facility Improvements Project in strict accordance with the Project Specifications and Plans on file in the City of Vista Engineering Department. The Work generally consists of: Minor site improvements to upgrade one accessible parking space to current code requirements, interior demolition, and tenant improvements to the Azalea Building at the Gloria E. McClellan Senior Center to reconfigure existing construction to construct a Fitness Area, a large Game Room, and a Break Room. The scope includes concrete slab cut and fill for plumbing trench, wood & plastic, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, fire sprinkler system repair, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work required according to renovation plans.
