Notice of Intended Single / Sole Source Purchase - Vertiv Corporation for Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS)

The description of services intended for purchase from a Single Source is posted in accordance with section 287.057(3)(c), Florida Statutes and will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days. This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: UPS warranty service for all Radio System Tower Site Shelters include but are not limited to UPS and Battery Full Preventive Maintenance, Emergency On-Site Services, parts coverage, labor, and travel. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: Vertiv is the original equipment manufacturer and only authorized warranty and service provider for the County's Uninterruptible Power Systems. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with Vertiv Corporation for supplying the above.
