The description of services intended for purchase from a Single Source is posted in accordance with section 287.057(3)(c), Florida Statutes and will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days. This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: Automated Logic Control System. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: The Automated Logic Control System allows the user to view graphics of the HVAC system components online. This allows for easier diagnostic testing and remote changes. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with Mechanical Services of Central Florida, Inc. dba Certified Control Systems for supplying the above.
