On-Call Grant Management Services

The City of Clearlake is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms to provide grant writing and administration services for current and future affordable housing programs and provide services required for: Grant writing and general administration/implementation of the City of Clearlake's CDBG and HOME programs including but not limited to: Public Works infrastructure projects, First Time Homebuyer Program using funds secured through Federal, State, and Local funding sources such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program, and HOME Program Income. These services will be paid using grant funds. The City may elect to select one or more consultants or consulting firms.
