The Manchester Water and Sewer Department (The Department) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a fully-integrated, comprehensive Utility Billing System (UBS) that will replace the utility billing modules in its current platform. The intent is to award one contract to a successful bidder that demonstrates knowledge, experience and capability to perform all aspects of the Scope of Work, and has submitted a proposal in the format as specified within the solicitation requirements. The goal is to complete the implementation within one year from the award.
