ITES-10449 - USA (Albuquerque, New Mexico) - IT Support Services - Deadline June 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IT support services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide professional on–call Information Technology (IT) services capable of supporting a variety of IT related objectives ranging from but not limited to daily support activities, planning efforts, troubleshooting issues, establishing Standard operating procedures, technical assessments, implementing best practices, participating in technical discussions and advise on technology trends that may be beneficial and advantageous to the daily operations of the agency.– The assessments will provide deficiency reporting of existing agency systems that outline the anticipated concerns and issues that will affect the daily operations.■ SharePoint Cloud Migration:– Migration of on–premises server running SharePoint (SP) 2010 to the latest released of SharePoint system– Migrate the two on–premises SP servers, one existing at SP 2016, and the upgraded SP from activity 1 to the MS M365 platform.■ VMware System Administration■ Daily Technical Support:The agency IT support team will require day to day technical support in the absence or unavailability of key IT support staff, such occasions must be reported and accompanied by an IT Support staff.■ On Site Support: On site support may be necessary to satisfy troubles that may require physical deployments, installations of equipment or address any outages of services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
