(1) Vendor needs to provide awards events service. – Support new placemaking events and projects, or significant enhancements to existing events and projects, in the agency. – Such placemaking events and projects may include events, festivals, activities, artwork, or creative initiatives such as public amenities, art and beautification projects, and are meant to enhance family resiliency within the community by creating opportunities for the entire family to enjoy and to improve quality of life for Hampton residents and visitors in support of the agency’s strategic priority for “Placemaking”. – The awards program is aimed at encouraging fresh, new ideas or significant enhancements to existing events or projects.– Offeror proposes comprehensive marketing and promotion plan to reach diverse audience and/or promote project engagement. • Proposals will be accepted from non–profit and for–profit organizations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
