(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based asset management and database system. • Asset database using the hansen platform/system to monitor, track, and use the platform to provide the programming needs of the various assets between many departments• Integrated software and platforms such as GIS, Telog, GraniteNet, and others to provide additional support and information for managing its assets.• Inventory management, deploying and tracking work orders, and tracking age, condition, asset cost, etc.• GIS, Granite NET, and Trimble/ badger meter flow monitoring. • User–friendly, secure, web–based geospatial application (ArcGIS/Pro–compatible) for office and field users• Mobile application for viewing and updating asset information in the field with offline/sync capability. For mobile components: define mobile OS, device specifications, GPS capabilities/dongles, and offline workflows.• Desktop components: define required client software and licenses (e.g., EsriDesktop, AMS client tools, etc.)• Document Management – Oracle–based media server (Version 19C and above), for scanned/indexed documents with web search and GIS hyperlinks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026
