(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing system to the government authority located in Huntsville, AB.– The Analyzer will have the ability to perform presumptive testing for the following drugs/drug metabolites. – The Data Management/Lab Management Software must provide the following capabilities without supplemental software or system modification:– Analyzer–User Interface via a direct laboratory work station connection with the analyser. – Online user and third–party access via the agency intranet and the internet.– Export/Import Capabilities– including the ability to export test results directly into client files maintained in the Model Integrated Defendant Access System (MIDAS) administered by the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts. – Electronic reporting/report delivery via local and network printers, remote workstation, auto batch facsimile, and email. – Individual Client Data Screens. – Automatic Ascension Number Assignment. – Client ID Badging. – Must be compatible with Paracelsus (current) software or similar software. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.
