Spartanburg Powers A-Wing Renovations

The project consists of renovations to the Powers Building. The scope of work includes selective demolition of existing suspended ceilings, HVAC, and electrical components; minor hazardous material abatement; finish flooring repairs and partial floor replacement; replacement of suspended ceilings; new toilet partitions, fixtures, base cabinets, countertops & restroom sinks; and new mechanical and lighting systems for an area of appx. 18,000 SF.
