Sacramento International Airport Computerized Maintenance Management System

The Sacramento County Contract & Purchasing Services Division is releasing a Request for Proposal 2023-RFP-0175 on behalf of the Sacramento County Department of Airports (hereinafter referred to as SMF) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Facilities Management section has determined the need to implement a CMMS at Sacramento International Airport in order to automate management of maintenance work orders, assets, safety risk, as well as logging inspections and incidents/information under an efficient and secure IT environment. SMF is requesting to fully automate management of these tasks through the selection of a CMMS provider. The desired CMMS developed and/or recommended should eliminate the need for multiple processes as well as consolidate tasks into a single IT platform. The proposed solution must be capable of interfacing with the County systems. Systems include SAP Plant Maintenance, Motorola Spillman Flex CAD, and GIS. Proposers must read the attached solicitation document 2023-RFP-0175 Computerized Maintenance Management System and its appendices for technical specifications, work description, instructions and general requirements.
