Term Contract for Architectural and Engineering Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a term contract through competitive negotiation with an architectural or engineering firm (A/E) to provide professional architectural and engineering services on an "as needed" basis pursuant to Project Orders issued during the contract term. The contract shall be renewable for a one-year term, at the Agency's option, for up to a maximum of three (3) one-year term renewals. The Agency reserves the right to make multiple awards for this contract. The services will be provided for the School Board of the City of Richmond (School Board), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The School Board of the City of Richmond does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, § 2.24343.1 or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment in the performance of its procurement activity .
