RFQ 2025002 - Architect / Engineering Services Continuing Contract

The School Board of Monroe County, Florida ('School Board') seeks statements of qualifications from qualified design professionals, engineering, and architectural firms to provide professional architect and engineering services. In accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the School Board desires to enter into Continuing Contracts with one or more qualified firms for various projects involving new construction, remodeling, renovation, life-safety, maintenance and repair projects throughout the Florida Keys. To ensure consistent availability of architectural / engineering services as such projects commence, the School Board intends to award continuing services contracts to multiple firms. The selected Respondent(s) will be awarded a one-year contract with options to renew for three additional one-year terms, and will provide services on an as-needed basis during that period for projects in which the estimated cost of construction does not exceed $7.5 million, or for study activities for which professional service fees do not exceed $500,000. The scope of Architectural / Engineering Services to be provided will be identified on a per-project basis and will vary in scope, size, and complexity depending on specific project needs.
