The declaration of surplus was authorized by Fiscal Court Resolution 2025-164 on June 17, 2025, The property includes an approximate 11.169 acre parcel along the western property line of a 22 acre parcel, identified on the tax duplicate as Parcel ID 059.00-00-070.38
