Description
The County of Sacramento is seeking to strengthen Operational Coordination by conducting a series of six tabletop exercises to test recently updated plans, provide crucial practice for EOC staff, and identify areas for improvement. This project would be comprised of one (1) Tabletop Exercise (TTX) for each Emergency Operation Center (EOC) and Department Operations Center (DOC) Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS) section: Management, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Planning and culminate in a final tabletop exercise for all players.
