The Town of Waterford is requesting formal bids through the Invitation to Bid process for the supply and Project Title . The DPW intends to adjust the grade of approximately forty (40) to sixty (60) manholes and gate valve covers, which were paved over this past year [or will be paved next year] during DPW paving operations. The DPW also has structures throughout Town that need adjustments. Subsequent years work is dependent upon the number of paved-over manholes, the number of manholes found to need rehabilitation and the available funds.
