General work description: The work for 2021 CONCRETE AND GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT includes mobilization and demobilization, clearing, grubbing, environmental protection, public posting, notification, traffic regulation, construction area signs, changeable message signs, utility potholing, adjusting to grade of sanitary sewer manhole frame and cover and gas valve box, Calwater and PG&E representative standby time, removing and replacing existing storm drain pipe, City Standard Type GO curb inlet installation, storm drain manhole, remove concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, and base, city standard concrete curb and gutter, valley gutter, and sidewalk, PCC curb ramp, retrofit detectable warning surface, additional minor concrete for PCC curb ramps, deep-lift HMA plug, permeable concrete pavers, silva cells with bioretention soil, remove and replace trees, filterra offline bioretention unit, install sign and post, and paint for striping. Located at Railroad Avenue, First Lane, Second Land, Third Land, Fourth Lane, Orange Avenue, Magnolia Avenue, Pine Terrace, and Maple Avenue, in South San Francisco, CA 94080. A detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2021 CONCRETE AND GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT, PROJECT NO. ST2203, BID NO. 2653 . At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class C-8 or Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board.
