2022 EAST PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT The work for 2022 EAST PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (hereinafter in this document and all related attachments and General and Special Conditions, “Project” or “Work”) consists of mobilization and demobilization, clearing, grubbing, environmental protection, public posting, notification, traffic regulation, construction area signs, changeable message signs, adjusting to grade of storm drain, sanitary sewer manhole, survey monument, sanitary sewer cleanout, telecommunications, electrical manhole frame and cover and gas valve box and water meter box, Caltrans Standard Type G3 drop inlet installation, remove concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, and base, prepare subgrade, import place and compact base, city standard concrete curb and gutter, valley gutter, and sidewalk, PCC curb ramp, retrofit detectable warning surface, additional minor concrete for PCC curb ramps, deep-lift HMA plug, install sign and post, inductive type A & D loop detectors, cold-planning (milling) of asphalt pavement, remove surfacing, milling and paving of base repairs, roadway subgrade preparation, cold-in-place pavement recycling, crack sealing, hot mix asphalt and rubberized hot mix asphalt paving, slurry sealing, and thermoplastic striping and markings, painted curb and reflective markers. The improvements are located along sections of Alhambra Rd, C St, Camaritas Av, Canal St, Elm Ct, Linden Av, Lux Av, Mayfair Av, Myrtle Av, Orange Av, Park Wy, Ridge Ct, Ridgeview Ct, South Spruce Av, Stonegate Av, First Ln, Second Ln, Third Ln, Fourth Ln, Magnolia Av, Maple Av, Pine Tr, Railroad Av, and West Orange Av, in South San Francisco, CA 94080. Detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2022 EAST PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. ST2204, BID NO. 2665. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board.
