2025 - MUNICIPAL BUILDING REFUSE COLLECTION

The City of Jackson is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide rubbish services from designated facilities and trash cans located on the sidewalks and Parks throughout the City’s Downtown District. The scope of this work shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete this according to the specifications listed in the contract documents. All labor, equipment and materials necessary for completion of the work. The Downtown District shall be defined by the boundaries of Louis Glick Hwy to the North, Wesley St to the South, Cooper St to the East, Wildwood Ave to the West. All refuse cans shall be located along the sidewalks, throughout Blackman and Bucky Harris Parks, excluding cans along the Grand River walk near the Consumers Energy Campus. Refuse cans located throughout the Downtown District may be added, removed and/or relocated at any time throughout the service.
