(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable rental housing project utilizing workforce housing trust funds service to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. • Develop an Affordable Rental Housing project for low– to moderate–income populations that complies with the regulatory requirements of City Workforce Housing Trust Funding• Obtain additional project financing from other federal or state programs, private bank loans, etc.• Implement a plan to administer the project which will meet the required 99–year + 99– year Affordability Period.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 28, 2026
