Janitorial Services

The Town of Payson is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for routine janitorial services for nine (9) Town facilities for a three (3)-year contract term with two (2) one-year options to extend. The contractor will provide all necessary and proper supervision, labor, training, tools and equipment necessary for the accomplishment of the services provided within this scope of work. Additional one-time services (i.e. deep cleaning, etc.) may be required and will be paid per the hourly rate given by the contractor in the proposal. In addition, as determined by the Town of Payson, any urgent service requests are to be responded to in a maximum of one (1) hour once the contractor is notified. Urgent service requests will be paid per the hourly rate given by the contractor in the proposal. This contract may be awarded to more than one contractor. Contractors may bid on one or both groups in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
