(1) Vendor needs to provide public art contractor support service. • Public art program in executing public art projects throughout the city by assisting artists with construction and installation logistics to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with all city and county• Assist artists and Public Art staff with on–site logistics, including coordination of subcontractors for fabrication, electrical, concrete, and other trades.• Facilitate temporary site protection, including fencing, staging, and equipment access.• Support pre–installation meetings and site visits to confirm that installation plans meet or exceed safety requirements and align with the project scope.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026
