CONS-22078 - USA (Norwalk, California) - Construction Management and Inspection Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in Norwalk, CA.– The Consultant shall be responsible for overseeing construction coordination with public entities, including local businesses, residents, schools, etc.– It is imperative that the Consultant carefully coordinate all construction activities to eliminate any impacts caused by the Construction work.– Serve as primary contact and authority on all construction activities to the adjacent business community.– Analyse the schedule to verify that it represents a realistic and achievable approach to the project.– Identify any potential risks, unrealistic durations, or missing critical path activities and provide written recommendations to the city.– Review the Contractor’s initial submittal log, traffic control plan schedule, and list of key long–lead procurement items for completeness and alignment with project milestones.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.
