On-call Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for County Projects

Description
By way of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Tuolumne County through its Public Works Engineering Division (“County”) intends to pre-qualify and select up to four (4) firms (each, a “consultant”) to provide construction management and construction inspection services for the construction of various local, state, and federally funded projects, which include, but are not limited to, road improvements, safety improvement projects currently programmed with the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), bridge projects currently programmed with the Highway Bridge Program (HBP), Active Transportation Program (ATP) projects, and Emergency Relief Program (ER) projects. Firms responding to this RFQ should be fully familiar with and experienced in meeting the requirements of both State and Federal procedures pertaining to federally funded projects.
