(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.• Assist in the acquisition of property.• Assist in all land projects intended for its expansion and redevelopment.• Assist in the negotiation of all aspects of contracts to acquire or sell property.• Evaluate properties to establish their market value to advise and provide guidance to the University in the purchase of residential and commercial properties.• Estimate the value of a property based on its intended use, market value, and physical characteristics.• Conduct site visits and record the interior and exterior characteristics of a property, paying particular attention to any key characteristics that may affect the value of the property.• Analyze comparable properties to help make an estimate of the value.• Verify legal descriptions of properties in public records and maintain value data from neighboring properties to gauge how a property compares to others.• Write appraisal reports based on evidence gathered during site visits and market data.• Explain the assessment results and the decisions made and outline the methods that were used to appraise the property.• Report any discrepancies found during the assessment process of a property.• Adhere to all real estate laws and best practices including appropriate and required real estate appraiser licensing.• Prospect leads and convert leads to appointments.• Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure informed service.• Identify properties to show that meet criteria.• Schedule showings of properties.• Refine criteria and select additional properties to show as necessary.• Write and submit offers to purchase properties.• Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee negotiation process.• Schedule and attend on–site property inspections.• Negotiate inspection repairs.• Gather information and answer questions regarding potential properties.• Provide pricing information and market research.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 09, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
