(1) Vendor needs to provide video management system to the government authority located in Colorado.– The upgraded system requires an on–premises Enterprise Video Management System (VMS), and scalable on–premises storage infrastructure that is expandable to accommodate future incremental camera growth. – The addition of an interface between the new software solution and Axon’s Evidence.com tenant will support archiving of video evidence.– Provide Enterprise Video Management System licenses and any required third–party integration software.– Meet or exceed 60–day data retention requirements for all active cameras.– Deploy scalable infrastructure capable of supporting expansion for future camera growth.– Configure and optimize the new software and server environments.– Install and configure the new software to Evidence.com interface.– Provide annual VMS license and support agreement for the software that includes:– Base VMS Server/System License(s).– Camera (device) License(s).– Additional Feature License(s). – 24/7 Emergency Software Support. – Software upgrade/updates.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 08, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
