Description
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain an open platform Video Management System (“VMS”) that allows for the seamless integration of existing video management solutions, cameras, and network equipment currently utilized by the City of Norfolk (“City”) and designed to meet the City’s security needs. Furthermore, the City plans on utilizing a uniform VMS solution that has the flexibility and scalability to replace and add on to current video monitoring capabilities and respond to the emergence of new technology.
