Lease or Purchase of Medical Mechanical Ventilators

The City will determine whether the equipment will be leased or purchased as a result of the evaluation and selection process. The Contractor shall provide four (4) medical mechanical ventilators either under lease for a five (5) or ten (10) year term, or for purchase. The Contractor shall also provide a maintenance plan for the equipment for the term of the agreement. The ventilators must meet the technical requirements specified in Attachment H.
