The City desires proposals from qualified contractors who can provide the City with networked multifunction printer copiers to replace existing end-of-life multi-function printer copiers and printers. RFP Goals are 1) optimize environment by providing black and white and color prints from the copiers instead of separate color printers, 2) standardize on models and configuration, 3) Improve efficiency in resources and costs, 4) maintain good customer support, 5) lessen environmental impact. The selected organization will provide the full range of services including delivery, installation, training, equipment relocation, reporting, supplies, and maintenance.
