SCCSD 2021 Pipe Rehabilitation Project

This project includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of existing sanitary sewer mains, sewer main lining, the reconnecting of sewer laterals, and rehabilitating manholes in the SCCSD 2021 Pipe Rehabilitation Project. This project is located at various locations within the Santa Cruz County Sanitation District. This project has been broken into a base contract and an additive alternative contract to allow the District to perform the most urgent work under the base contract, with the opportunity to add work from the alternative contract if bids come in over the engineer's estimate/budget for the entire project. The engineer's estimate for the base contract work is $486,710. The engineer's estimate for the additive alternative contract work is $504,195. The engineer's estimate for the base contract plus the additive alternate work is $990,905. Evaluation of the lowest responsible bid will be based on the base contract bid only. There are 45 working days in the base contract, and 90 working days for the base contract plus all additive alternatives.
