General work description: The work for the 2021 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (hereinafter in this document and all related attachments and General and Special Conditions, “Project” or “Work”) consists of concrete curb and gutter, ADA curb ramp upgrades, PCC valley gutter, base repairs, crack sealing, cold milling, remove surfacing and base, utility adjustments and frame and cover replacements, storm drain manhole and pipe improvements, curb inlet removal and installation, tree well bioretention, permeable pavers, silva cells, bioretention soil, removal and replacement of trees, paving hot mix asphalt concrete (HMAC), rubberized hot mix asphalt, rubberized chip seal, slurry seal, thermoplastic striping and markings, red curb paint, installation of sign and posts, loop detectors, and HMA speed humps, located on selected streets in South San Francisco, CA and one street in Brisbane, CA.
