Digester Gas Piping Rehabilitation Project

Description

The work covered under this contract will be performed at the Santa Cruz Wastewater Treatment Facility (SCWWTF) located at 110 California Street, Santa Cruz, California. The project consists of the following scope items: • Replacing two 12-inch digester gas header piping segments and two condensate drain lines within a confined space (Gas Vault). • Purge, configure, operate and maintain bypass piping to allow piping demolition and replacement. • Prior to replacement of the digester gas piping, Contractor shall conduct an ultrasonic thickness test survey of the exposed digester gas piping from individual digesters to the gas conditioning system. • Clean up after installation is complete.
