Vendor: Hampton Inn & Suites Amelia Island 19 South 2nd Street Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 Justification: Hampton Inn & Suites Amelia Island is the only vendor able to provide the required lodging, meeting space, and event support services for the following reasons: • Over a decade of proven performance hosting this NEFEC program with exceptional reliability and responsiveness. • Extensive knowledge of NEFEC’s operational needs, meeting formats, room setups, scheduling patterns, and participant requirements, which reduces planning time and logistical risk. • Unique location within a NEFEC member district, offering convenience, accessibility, and continuity for participating superintendents and district leaders. These factors make alternative venues unsuitable and would compromise program quality, efficiency, and continuity.
