CSE-24165 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Airport Access Control, Video Surveillance Systems Maintenance and Support Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airport access control, video surveillance systems maintenance and support service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.– Agency operates and maintains an Enterprise Access Control System & Video Management System supporting Airport Operations, Public Safety, and regulatory compliance applicable to MKE.– The Airport currently utilizes integrated electronic security systems infrastructure including, but not limited to:• Enterprise Access Control System• Enterprise Video Management System• Network–Connected Surveillance Devices• Access Control Panels and Controllers• Video Recording and Storage Systems• Integrated Identity Management Systems– The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, technical expertise, tools, transportation, support resources, and incidental materials necessary to provide ongoing maintenance and support services for Airport Access Control and Video Surveillance System infrastructure.Services include:• Preventative maintenance;• Troubleshooting and repair services;• Emergency response services;• Software and hardware support;• Device replacement and configuration;• Systems testing and verification;• Operational support;• Documentation management;• Lifecycle planning assistance(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026
