Integrated Law Enforcement Technology Software

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The City of West Sacramento is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide an integrated law enforcement technology solution comprised of the following: Police Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Police Records Management System (RMS) Automated Field Reporting (AFR) Mobile Data System (MDS) Associated Hardware, Software, Interfaces, and Services This system must include an integrated report writing module, an evidence records management component, and the ability to customize report templates. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and improve accessibility of police records. More details on the City's needs for this work are provided in the Scope of Work . Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor."
