(1) Vendor needs to provide property assessor services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.– Conduct a municipal revaluation of property for taxation purposes.– Inspect, measure, and list properties, create new assessment records (property record cards), and determine the proper classification and value (assessment) for all taxable property in the county for the 2027 assessment year.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
