(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP Phone System to the government authority located in Erie, PA. – Agency is looking to install a VoIP System / Service.• 85 – Poly brand Edge E320 IP Phone or equivalent in quality and features. Note: We are not interested in Yealink brand phones.•2 Wall mounts for E320 IP Phones. Equivalent in quality and features Poly brand IP Phone may be  substituted to be wall mounted.• Ability for any user to use a desktop phone, or mobile app, for calling at no additional charge• Ability for selected users to setup/change rapid dials and call handling• Ability to have centralized reporting of all calls regardless of which method is used, i.e. telephone handset, mobile app, desktop app• Ability to have command staff to view as needed the call history of any onsite VoIP phone• Unlimited Local and Nationwide Calling (United States and Canada)• Soft Phone capability• Must integrate with the existing overhead paging system• Integrate 4–digit dialing to existing countywide system• The provider must have Data Center redundancy with instant failover.• Local after–hours support.• All planned end–of–life or obsolescence must be listed in vendor’s response.• Software upgrades, patches, or system revisions which are subsequently developed to correct problems or malfunctions must be provided at no additional cost, regardless of the inclusion of enhancements for the full term of the contract.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference and walkthrough will be held on July 9, 2026.
