Description
The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in providing select on-call and preventive maintenance services, pertaining to the Water Resources Division’s (WRD’s) industrial control systems (ICSs) and related components. The City maintains several facilities and sites for water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection. These include the Arcadia Water Treatment Plant, Charnock Wells Pretreatment Facility, Moss Avenue Pump Station (MAPS), Santa Monica Urban Runoff Reclamation Facility (SMURRF), Sustainable Water Infrastructure Program (SWIP) Advanced Water Treatment Facility (AWTF), pump stations, reservoirs, remote valve and flow monitoring stations, and others. These facilities house ICS equipment, requiring routine preventive maintenance, and occasionally on-call services for equipment repair.
