The work will consist of both emergency (after hours) work and work that is scheduled in advance. The City intends to make awards to multiple contractors as a result of this procurement.</p><p>This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
