Environmental Consulting Services

The City of Pasadena is seeking a consultant to provide environmental monitoring and sampling services on an as-needed basis including but not limited to incidents or emergencies that covers asbestos, mold, lead, or indoor air quality surveys that may arise on City property. The purpose is to establish a contractual relationship with a consultant which will supplement the City’s existing Safety Division staff and meet the City’s needs in a timely manner on an as-needed basis. Such services would typically be activated on a project-by-project or task-by-task basis. As the need for services arises, the City and Consultant would agree on a scope of work for the subject project.
