  "summary": "<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">This On-Call Professional Services Agreement is for a Consultant to provide environmental and environmental engineering consulting services and related professional services, as requested by the Aviation Authority, which may include, but is not limited to:</p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">evaluation and assessment of wildlife issues;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">uplands and wetlands evaluation;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">threatened and endangered species issues;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">water quality analysis; land management;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">monitoring of wetlands mitigation;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">air sampling and monitoring;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">development of NEPA documentation;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">conducting environmental audits of tenants and contractors;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">resiliency;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">investigating wastewater systems and components;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">conducting all phases of environmental contamination assessments for petroleum and hazardous materials;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">storage tank management;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">emergency response to fuel, petroleum and hazardous materials incidents, including immediate response to limit releases to the environment, performance of initial remedial actions on facilities operated or purchased by the Authority and</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">all other related services including coordination with the Authority, its Consultants, the City of Orlando, Federal Aviation Administration, and all agencies having jurisdiction over the Airport</li></ul><p>The Services may also include</p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">preparation of required notices and reports, coordination and providing assistance with requirements of authorities having jurisdiction over various mitigation sites,</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">documentation of existing environmental conditions,</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">preparation of studies, technical support and review of environmental design,</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">assistance with permitting activities, and</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">review of drawings and documents prepared by others.</li></ul>",
